How to Eat
[When brewing in a hot water] i) Use one tea bag per litter of hot water. Adjust the amount of hot water and/or brewing time to taste. ii) When the water comes to a boil, lower the heat and put the tea bag in it. After about 5 minutes, stir using chopstick or the like and take out the tea bag. While brewing, uncover the kettle or leave the lid slightly. iii) Let it cool at room temperature, and then cool it completely in a refrigerator. The hot one is also excellent. [When brewing in a cold water] Use one tea bag for about a litter of cold water. Putting the tea bag in a pot, pour cold water over it so as to immerse the tea bag and cool it in a refrigerator for about 2 hours. After the tea is brewed, stir it well with chopstick or the like and take out the tea bag. Adjust the amount of cold water and/or brewing time to taste. [When being in a hurry] Put a tea bag in a heatproof pot and pour about 150 ml of hot water over it so as to immerse the tea bag. After allowing time to brew the tea until strong, pour about a little of cold water over it, and enjoy it after cooling in a refrigerator. Adjust the amount of hot water to immerse the tea bag and time taken to brew to taste.
