Simple Edamame (Green Soybeans)

[When thawing naturally] Take the necessary amount of the frozen edamame out of the bag and leave it at room temperature for about an hour before eating it. * The time taken to thaw differs slightly depending on the room temperature. [When thawing under cold running water] Soak the frozen edamame in cold running water for 3 to 4 minutes to thaw it, then drain off the edamame with a strainer to eat. [When using a microwave] Take the frozen edamame out of the bag and place it on a plate. Covering it with plastic wrap, microwave it for about the period of time as follows: (500 W) 1 minute and 50 seconds for 100 g, 3 ½ minutes for 250 g, 500 g for 7 minutes ; (600 W) 1 ½ minutes for 100 g, 3 minutes for 250 g, 6 minutes for 500 g.
