Pickled roast pork
The pork shoulder loin is used, which has a good balance of lean meat and fat (4x). The excess fat is trimmed off while retaining only the flavor of the pork, making it an authentic tsukurushi-yakiniku pork. The pork is marinated in a soy sauce-based sauce made with amazake for four days and then grilled. The honey applied at the finish gives it a mild sweetness.

How to Eat
[Thawing method] Thaw in the refrigerator. (Approximate time: 8-10 hours) (For quick defrost) Remove from outer bag and defrost under running water with inner bag intact. (Approximate time: 1 hour) [To heat in the bag] Place the thawed roast pork in a large pot of boiling water with the inner bag, heat for about 10-15 minutes, and slice into desired thickness. After thawing, it can be served cold, but warming it up will enhance the flavor and umami of the fat.
