Defrost in the refrigerator.
【How to Enjoy】
If using in a lunchbox, place them in while still frozen and enjoy after natural defrosting. If you want to eat them immediately, place the frozen product in its inner bag into plenty of boiling water and heat for about 5 minutes for a delicious taste.
