How to Eat
Thaw overnight in the refrigerator (approximately 10 hours). If you're in a hurry, thaw in the bag under running water for 10-15 min and enjoy. While you can eat it as is, if you prefer to warm it up, gently simmer the bag in hot water for about 10 min while still frozen. Be careful not to overheat (we've cooked it at a low temperature to keep the texture soft, and overheating may compromise it).
