How to Eat
Take it out of the outer bag while still frozen and thaw it in the inner bag in the refrigerator. If you're in a hurry, you can thaw it under running water. After thawing, slice it to your preferred thickness and enjoy. You can also heat the surface in a frying pan until it browns slightly after slicing. Additionally, after thawing, you can place the bag in boiling water removed from heat for about 5 minutes, take it out of the bag, and cut it to your preferred thickness for a delicious result. *Please be cautious not to overheat, as it may make the meat tough. *While it's recommended as an appetizer, you can also use it on top of rice, in donburi, cut it into small pieces for fried rice, or use it as a topping for ramen.
