長崎県五島列島の近海で水揚げされた新鮮なきびなごを使用しました。きびなごはお腹に餌がのこるとエグ味がでるので、目利きの力が必要。また高鮮度を保ち唐揚げにしていますので、魚の頭や骨も気にせずにお召し上がりいただけます。味わい深いきびなごと、国産の玉ねぎ・人参・ピーマンを、程よい酸味のたれで漬け込み、解凍するだけでお召し上がりいただける和惣菜に仕上げました。
