A sauce with a rich sesame flavor. Can also be used as a dressing for shabu-shabu.

To bring out the flavor and mellowness of sesame, we used three types of sesame: roasted ground sesame, chopped sesame, and paste sesame. The base of the flavor is organic JAS certified soy sauce and raw sugar. It is recommended for salads, as a sauce for steamed shabu-shabu or cold shabu-shabu, and for cold tofu and other dishes.
