Shipping and handling fees

Free shipping and handling for purchases over HK$700.

*For purchases of HK$600 or more, shipping and handling fees for room temperature delivery are free.

*Discount service for shipping and handling fees is based on the total amount of one order.

  • We offer discounts on shipping and handling fees depending on the amount of your order.
  • The order amount will be determined based on the total amount of one order, regardless of whether the temperature is frozen, refrigerated, or room temperature.
  • If you order refrigerated or room temperature products along with frozen products, we will deliver the refrigerated or room temperature items together with the frozen items as long as there is no problem with the quality.

Delivery date and time

  • You can specify the delivery date within 7 days from 2 days after the order date.
  • Due to our company's closing days and public holidays, the earliest possible delivery date will vary depending on the day of the week on which you place your order.

Payment Method

Due to the impact of COVID-19, we have temporarily suspended cash on delivery payments. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment can be made by credit card.

  • Credit card: Only VISA, Mastercard and AMERICAN EXPRESS cards are accepted for one-time payments.

*We outsource our payment operations to Stripe, Inc., a payment processing company that complies with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), the global security standard for the credit card industry.

For security reasons, we do not store any credit card information.

Cancellation of pre-delivery items/change of order details

*Please note that if you pay by credit card, depending on the card company's closing date, corrections or changes to the amount may not be made until the following month or later.

Regarding product returns and exchanges for defective products

  • We do our utmost to check the quality of products before shipping, but if the product you receive is different from what you ordered, or if the product is damaged due to an accident during delivery, please contact us by phone within 10 days of receiving the product.
  • If you return or exchange a defective product within 10 days, we will cover the shipping costs for the return or exchange.
  • Please note that, as a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been damaged or stained due to customer's fault, or products that have been opened and are not defective.
  • The food presentation photos are for illustrative purposes only. Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons such as the product being different from the customer's subjective intention or expectation.
