Made with kelp from Hokkaido and dried bonito flakes from Yaizu. A flavorful, 2x diluted type.

The soup base is made from a combination of kelp from Hokkaido and bonito flakes from Yaizu, with a secret ingredient of sardine-based fish sauce. In order not to interfere with the flavor of the soup stock, we have made it without using any alcoholic beverages such as sake or mirin.
