A stock base made from super-premium whole soybean soy sauce with the fresh flavors of bonito flakes and kelp.

Based on brewed super special dark soy sauce, this product makes use of the flavors of Yaizu bonito flakes and Hokkaido kelp. It can be used to season simmered dishes or as a table condiment. It's delicious when used on rice with raw egg on top!!
