This fatty mackerel has been marinated with a sweet flavor. It's a one-size-fits-all dish.

Fatty Norwegian mackerel is filleted into three pieces, thoroughly salted and marinated in vinegar. Sake is used as a secret ingredient. The fillets are cut in half and vacuum packed into bite-sized pieces. Remove from the outer bag and thaw under running water while still in the inner bag. Once thawed, wipe off any excess liquid with a paper towel, cut into desired thickness and enjoy.
