Use them for simmered dishes, stir-fried chicken, soups, etc. For simmered dishes, heat the seasoned soup stock, and when it boils, add the frozen vegetable mix for simmering, simmer over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, then cover with a drop lid and reduce heat to low and simmer.
