  • How to eat

    [For microwave cooking] If you are using it for mapo eggplant, etc., transfer it to a plate while it is still frozen, and heat it in the microwave without covering it with plastic wrap (500W/about 2 minutes 30 seconds, 600W/about 2 minutes per 100g), and stir-fry it with pre-heated sauce. [For deep frying] Deep fry it while it is still frozen in oil at about 170℃ for about 2 minutes, and eat it with ginger soy sauce, sesame sauce, etc. [For boiling] If you are using it for simmering, etc., bring the broth to a boil, add the frozen "fried eggplant", and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
