This is a light-colored dashi soy sauce made from specially selected whole soybeans. It is flavored with bonito flakes, seafood extract, and kelp extract. In addition to simmered dishes, it is also recommended for seasoning salads, cooked rice, clear soup, cold tofu, and noodle soup!
